Ingredients
To make chilla you need one cup besan, half a cup chopped spinach, 1/4 cup chopped onions and tomatoes, 1/4 cup plain yoghurt, half a teaspoon cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder.

Prepare the batter
To make batter combine besan, spinach, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt in a plain yoghurt and mix it well.

Cook the chilla
Heat pan on a medium flame and add a small amount of ghee, now pour the batter, spread it into a round shape and cook for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.

Repeat the process
Add more amount of ghee to the pan, take small portions of the batter and repeat this process with the help of ghee.

Serve hot
Place the chilla on a plate and serve it hot with yoghurt or green chutney. After enjoy your healthy and delicious besan chilla.
