Ingredients

    To make sprouts chaat you need one cup of mixed sprouts, one chopped cucumber, one chopped tomato, one chopped onion, small onion, one tbsp lemon juice, one tsp cumin powder, half tsp chaat masala, salt as per your taste.

Cook the sprouts

    Boil one cup of mixed sprouts for 5-7 minutes until tender but crunchy. Drain and let cool. Combine chopped cucumber, tomato and onion in a large bowl.

Mix the masala

    In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt and black pepper as per your taste.

Combine ingredients

    Now, combine the cooked sprouts, vegetables and masala mixture. Mix it well for 4-5 minutes.

    Garnish your sprout chaat with fresh coriander leaves, you can also add pomegranate seeds for a touch of sweetness.
